Sarah Ravens is an independent research and curatorial studio working at the intersection of publishing, visual culture and investment. The studio operates across books, cinema, and collectible ephemera by acquiring, preserving, and circulating works that expand critical thought and creative expression.

Combining obsessive research with archival processing and research, the studio takes a comprehensive yet editorially driven approach. Our practice resists conventional classifications, focusing instead on works of lasting intellectual, aesthetic, and value.

 

Each addition of the evolving portfolio shaped by research, instinct, and a commitment to continuous discovery. At Sarah Ravens we build thoughtfully curated collections and treatments that serve as both research resources and strategic assets.

 

Our physical archive is open to collectors, researchers, and the curious. We offer hands on access to printed matter and objects that capture the pulse of  visual art and media.

Alongside it's collecting practice, the studio develops research and curatorial projects for brands and institutions across fashion, design, music. This work includes private and public library curation, editorial development, graphic identities, exhibition planning, and museum consulting - crafting distinctive narratives and concepts tailored to each vision.
